Shipping policy

SHIPPING - POSTAGE & PACKAGING:

NZ DELIVERY: If you have ordered a physical product from us your order will be shipped via Courier Post tracked and signed for service (unless you advise that you are happy for authority to leave is in place).

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY: If you have ordered a physical product from us your order will be sent via DHL International Courier Service tracked and signed for. Your order can be tracked online, but once handed over to your country's local postal service, we are not always able to track the delivery until the point of delivery when the local postal service updates their systems. If a parcel of music does go missing outside of the NZ using this service, we will not be held accountable for parcels that have gone missing when beyond our jurisdiction when handled outside of DHL. In the rare event that your parcel does go missing, we will offer to re-send your music again. However, you will be accountable for the shipping cost. Please be aware sometimes items may be held in customs which can delay receipt of your order. This type of delay is out of our control so please order items in good time if needed for a time-specific event.

All customers will be sent an automated email as soon as their order is dispatched so you can track delivery of your order.

DELIVERY TIMES:

We aim to dispatch all music orders as soon as possible. For the NZ, music should be with you within 2-4 working days or often sooner. International Orders can take up to 1-3 weeks depending upon the distance from NZ and your countries local postage system.

DIGITAL DOWNLOAD - PDFs:

Most of our products are purchased as PDF digital downloads so you can print off yourself at home. When you order a PDF download order you will be emailed a download link. This happens automatically when you pay for your order. If you do not see the link in your inbox check please check your junk folder in case it has landed there. Please note that not all titles in our online shop are available as digital downloads. This is due to copyright licences and restrictions on certain pieces. Each product is labelled to clearly show if it is a digital download or a physical product.
